Job Description :
·        As Relationship Manager you will focus on relationship building &
         networking with clients and make the right choices for them

·        Relationship Managers are easy to interact and transact with, and 
         they provide insights and connections tailored for each client

·        Expand business with existing and prospective clients by acting as 
        focal point of contact for clients and conduct on-going monitoring of 
        clients under their portfolio

·        You will enjoy meeting sales targets through the introduction and 
         proactive cross-selling of products, by offering them to clients and also 
         drawing in new ones to increase business.

·        You will also have strong client relationships, working to provide 
          information, drive initiatives and consistently improve the level of 
          service.

·        Preparation of credit proposals and related analytical support including 
          handling post approval work process to ensure speedy turnaround.

·        Work closely with product partners to cross sell financial products

·        Speaking with customers would be a large part of your day to day work, 
          either over the phone, on the internet or face to face. You'd set up a 
          meeting with them, discuss their financial needs and details and keep 
          records, negotiate over financial products and keep your customers well 
          informed and advised at all times.

·        You will be trained to understand all of the organisations products and 
         services, as well as its customers.

Requirements:
·        Degrees in business studies, finance and accountancy or related subjects 
         are an advantage

·        At least 3 years of commercial banking experience, Fresh graduates 
         with high potential and good sense of business can apply

·        Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Financial Accounting

·        Good selling and client relationship skills (Good sales & Negotiation skills)

·        Highly motivated , the drive, passion and motivation to meet targets

·        Excellent communication and listening skills

·        The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply

·        Interested in financial products and markets, the ability to analyse 
         and research information honesty and a trustworthy manner accuracy
         and attention to detail
