Job Title:- Financial Business Analyst
Duration: 30+ Months
•Works as a liaison among project stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicates
and validates requirements for changes to business processes involving technology.
•Collaborates with project teams, Technology and Business areas to define project requirements.
• Produces requirements that are clear in the most straight forward and efficient
way possible, using diagrams and pictures as much as possible.
•Decomposes and refines requirements into project features and produce
detailed feature requirements.
•Actively works with people across the organization to foster a positive and

•Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years project experience working with requirements
for medium and large scale projects with delivery date driven initiatives.
•Proven ability to ask the right questions to elicit the business’ needs, and

complex problems and creating clean and simple solutions.
•Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and Visio.
•Strong oral and written communications skills
