Job Description: Web Technologies:
o Develops expertise and remains current on emerging internet technologies that impact user interface, web design, website maintenance, web metrics/reporting capabilities, rich internet applications, and search technologies.
o Works with Sr. Business Analyst to further develop understanding of relevant web technologies.

• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and to
establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with persons contacted in the course of performing assigned duties

• Understanding and experience with interface design, site architecture design, and usability requirements.

Additional Desirable Qualifications
• Financial Services experience, preferred
• Scrum Product Owner certification preferred
o Identifying, facilitating, and developing business requirements,
applying analytical skills to identify potential business and/or technology solutions and issues.
o Documenting business and content management system requirements, developing use and test cases, participating in UAT testing and developing end-user training of implemented functionalities.
o Interpreting business, technical, and legal information and
objectives/goals to identify key issues and details to present
understandable alternatives, both orally and in writing, to individuals of varying technical expertise at all levels of the organization.
o Incorporating effective judgment and decision making skills to shape and manage the scope of projects, balance multiple priorities, and maintain a high-level of attention to detail in a fast paced environment.
o Work with geographically diverse, cross functional teams to effectively drive business value. Interact closely and build effective business relationships with non-co-located teams and stakeholders.
o Participating in regularly scheduled website management enhancement and functional releases to ensure site functionality meets business

Key Responsibilities and Job duties
Identifying, Facilitating and Developing Business Requirements:
o Collaborates with business (stakeholders, legal, user experience) and technical teams to identify goals, capabilities, and limitations.
Responsible for articulating business needs and system capabilities.
o Develops and documents written business requirements for web or web content functionality projects in a manner that allows for an efficient handoff to technology partners.
o Analyzes, identifies, and prioritizes competing business requirements to recommend and develop potential solutions that support the key goals and project objectives.
o Anticipates, quantifies, and resolves problems or issues with
requirements in a timely manner.
o Creates use and test cases spanning multiple systems to ensure
implementation and validation of expected results.
o Controls the number and scope of changes to the business requirements in order to meet project goals and deadlines.
o Creates new procedure documentation in support of new processes, products, and/or system enhancements.
o Identifies and recommends training needs in response to process changes and/or new product/system implementations.
o Provides post-implementation support for all approved deliverables
Enhancements and Releases:
o Participates in regularly scheduled releases, discretionary projects and ad hoc functionality requests.
o Develops and documents requirements, test cases, and training guides for the implementation and verification of functional enhancements to the website or other supporting systems.
o Participates in prioritization discussion using analytical skills to
provide assessment for business and technical efforts.
o Gathers comprehensive information to be used in problem identification and resolution
o Owns and proactively supports day-to-day web and email marketing campaign projects including partnering with business and technical teams to develop and update new content pages, website promotions, or functionality to support new or ongoing marketing efforts.
o Develops and documents requirements for the development and launch of micro-sites or other campaign specific web strategies.*
o Create and maintain compliance related documentation both on the web (eg. Caveats) and offline (eg. Audit related documentation).
o Work with Legal and compliance teams to better understand and implement compliance related procedures.
o Works with business users to build subject matter expertise of assigned systems, functional components, or areas of site of responsibility.
o Builds expertise with specific tools and technology systems supporting the website (i.e. Content Management Systems, Web Analytics, Caveats, Rich Internet Applications, etc.)
o Proactively seeks expanded understanding of dependent systems to identify ways to leverage capabilities across websites or site areas, partnering with technology and business partners as needed.
o Acts as business liaison with stakeholders, other business partners, and technology teams.
o Works with Sr. Business Analysts to develop requirements and further
develop system/functional expertise
Project Management and Reporting:
o Schedule and facilitate meetings, communicate with team members and business partners, and develop project plans for small to medium sized functionality or enhancement projects.
o Complete job tracking reports documenting time spent on various
activities for leadership teams.
o Gather and communicate web metrics information to key business and technology partners for assigned areas of responsibility.
